Job Title: Test Assurance ProfessionalJob DescriptionBITA, a Fintech pioneer, is seeking an experienced Test Assurance Professional to join its dynamic team. The ideal candidate will design and execute comprehensive testing strategies for our internal systems, ensuring seamless integration with CI/CD environments.Develop automated test cases using Postman/Newman for REST APIs and Cypress/Selenium for frontend components.Maintain test plans, suites, and cases, leveraging ClickUp for effective documentation and tracking.The successful candidate will generate clear, actionable reports based on both manual and automated testing results, providing valuable insights to enhance overall quality.Key Responsibilities:Design and maintain a robust testing framework to ensure comprehensive test coverage.Collaborate closely with developers and product owners to define acceptance criteria and foster a culture of quality and automated testing.Required Skills and QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and qualifications:3–4 years of experience in QA roles, with a strong focus on test automation and QA best practices.Previous experience in the financial sector or a solid understanding of indexing, financial instruments, or market data.Hands-on experience writing and executing automated tests within GitLab CI/CD pipelines.BenefitsThis is a fantastic opportunity to work with a talented team and contribute to the success of BITA's innovative projects.
