Our company is looking for a seasoned Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the quality assurance process, you will be responsible for ensuring that our software applications meet the highest standards of quality.Job DescriptionThe Quality Assurance Specialist will play a critical role in identifying and resolving defects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving process improvements throughout the development lifecycle.Analyze business requirements and technical specifications to develop detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts.Identify and prioritize test scenarios for functional, regression, and integration testing.Execute manual and automated test cases, validate functionality, performance, and usability of applications, and document test results and log defects in the tracking system.The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills, with a solid understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile/Scrum.Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.Strong knowledge of SDLC, STLC, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.Experience with test management tools, such as JIRA, TestRail, Zephyr.Hands-on experience in manual testing and basic understanding of automation tools, such as Selenium, Postman, Cypress.What We OfferWe offer a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.Join us in our mission to deliver high-quality software solutions that exceed our customers' expectations.
