Part-Time Data Analyst OpportunityWe are seeking a skilled and motivated part-time data analyst to join our team on an ongoing basis. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work independently.The successful candidate will be responsible for owning analytics and reporting work across Power BI, SQL, Google Sheets, and basic data engineering/integration tasks. They will support multiple ongoing client projects by building dashboards, automating data flows, cleaning and modelling real-world datasets, and ensuring that reporting is accurate, reliable, and scalable.Key Responsibilities:Develop end-to-end dashboards in Power BI, including data ingestion, cleaning, modelling, and visualisation.Use Power Query for data transformation and shaping, and build well-structured, analytics-ready data models.Write advanced DAX formulas for KPIs, time-intelligence, and business logic, and configure RLS, scheduled refresh, incremental refresh, parameters, etc.Optimise dashboards for performance and accuracy.Write clean, optimised queries combining multiple datasets in SQL, and perform date/time conversions, timestamp harmonization, and business-rule logic.Work with operational data stored in Google Sheets, use advanced formulas, structure Sheets for ingestion into Power BI, and automate repetitive steps using Apps Script.Integrate external systems through REST APIs, normalise unstructured SaaS data into clean analytics tables, troubleshoot data flow breaks, and ensure continuity of pipelines.Clean messy, real-world datasets, design clear transformation logic, document data definitions, modelling rules, and key assumptions, and provide quality checks to ensure stable reporting.
