Job OpportunityWe are seeking an experienced Bioinformatics Specialist to join our team.The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of scRNA-Seq and other Omics (NGS) data analysis and downstream systemic interpretation.The selected candidate will work with a team in research data analysis in both prospective and retrospective manner to generate novel hypothesis. Responsibilities include:Collaborating with multi-disciplinary team of PhD level scientistsResponsible for day-to-day operational activities of Omics (NGS) related projectsPresenting results and scientific hypotheses to internal stakeholdersOur team is focused on developing novel pipelines to optimize omics analysis implementation for genomics data analysis, drug repurposing, biomarker identification, patient stratification, disease modelling and data integration.Key responsibilities include working with diverse customers/partners in drug discovery and development, collaborating with external partners, responsible for day-to-day operational activities of Omics (NGS) related projects, presenting results and scientific hypotheses to internal and external stakeholders.The successful candidate will be able to effectively communicate complex scientific concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
