Job Title:Senior Financial Analyst – Data Insights About the RoleWe are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our team. This individual will be responsible for delivering high-quality financial insights and analytical support.This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in finance and accounting, with expertise in financial data analysis and reporting. Key Responsibilities Partner with stakeholders to understand business questions, reporting needs, and analytical requirements. Design, build, and maintain SQL-based datasets, views, and queries to support recurring and ad hoc analysis. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports in Tableau or Power BI, ensuring they are accurate, reliable, and user-friendly. Support month-end and quarter-end close processes with reconciliations, variance analyses, and operational reporting as needed. Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement, cost optimization, and revenue growth. Requirements 5+ years of professional experience in a Data Analyst, Business Intelligence, or Analytics role. Strong hands-on expertise with SQL (complex joins, CTEs, window functions, performance tuning). Experience developing and maintaining dashboards and reports in Tableau or Power BI. Demonstrated experience working with Finance or Accounting data. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure ambiguous problems and drive to actionable insights. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting a FP&A, Controllership, or Accounting team in a high-growth or technology environment. Familiarity with cloud data warehouses and modern data stacks. Experience with version control and/or workflow orchestration tools is a plus. Personal Attributes High attention to detail and commitment to data quality.
