Oracle Technical ConsultantWe are looking for a highly skilled technical professional to lead the implementation and integration of Oracle Fusion Cloud projects.Develop BI Publisher & OTBI reports based on business requirements.Lead teams in requirement gathering, effort estimation, and documentation of technical specifications.Ensure timely delivery and manage customer expectations.Analyze, design, test, implement, and provide post-go-live support (AIMS/OUM).Execute proofs of concept and guide development teams.Design and develop integrations in OIC (Gen2/Gen3) using REST/SOAP, FBDI, XSLT mappings.Manage high-volume real-time integrations between Oracle Fusion & downstream applications.Utilize Fusion REST/SOAP APIs, FBDI, HDL, BICC, BI Publisher, OTBI for extracts.Customize BIP reports, bursting (UCM/Email/FTP), and output documents.Build PL/SQL packages, functions, and customize standard Fusion reports.Work with ATP / Autonomous DB / DBaaS.Develop custom ESS jobs and support complex customizations.Required Skills:8+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud.Strong SQL, PL/SQL, BI Publisher expertise.Hands-on OIC integration experience (Gen2/Gen3).Oracle ERP Fusion Cloud / HCM Cloud technical experience.Minimum 3 full-cycle implementations in ERP/HCM.Proven Technical Lead experience: planning, estimation, guiding teams.Strong knowledge of BI tools, ESS jobs, and Fusion APIs.Excellent communication and multitasking skills.Strong troubleshooting and solution design capability.
