Job Title: Enterprise Solutions ArchitectJob Description:We are seeking a skilled and experienced Enterprise Solutions Architect to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving technology transitions, influencing solution adoption, and building customer simulations to validate and resolve complex problems.The Enterprise Solutions Architect will work closely with customers and stakeholders to plan, design, install, configure, integrate, and optimize Cisco products and services to achieve business objectives. This includes delivering effective support for customer problem resolution, engaging in complex technical challenges, and collaborating with other engineering teams to identify and resolve serviceability issues.Key Responsibilities:Design and implement scalable and secure network architecturesDevelop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge basesProvide technical guidance and expertise to address complex customer problemsPromote and uphold the company's organizational cultureContinuously enhance technical skills within the relevant domain and related technologiesConsult and collaborate with customers and Cisco stakeholders to plan, design, install, configure, integrate, and optimize Cisco products and services to achieve business objectivesSupport pre-sales activities by translating business requirements into solution designsMonitor and troubleshoot network systems to ensure smooth operationsRequired Skills and Qualifications:Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with enterprise technologies, including ASR, Catalyst, and switching platformsIn-depth understanding of IP routing protocols (OSPF, BGP, IGRP) and their operation over VPN tunnelsHands-on experience with IPsec, VPN configuration, and troubleshootingFamiliarity with DMVPN architecture, including multipoint GRE (mGRE), NHRP, and dynamic spoke-to-spoke tunnelsExperience with HSRP and VRRPFamiliarity with Cisco router platforms, tunneling, and VPN technologiesStrong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve complex network issuesKnowledge of encryption standards and secure hash algorithms (e.g., AES, SHA-2)Scope:Interface with customers, internal leadership, engineering teams, partners, field personnel, CAP Managers, and internal product organizations to ensure seamless delivery of servicesQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent experienceMinimum 4 years of experience in IP routing and switchingRelevant Cisco certifications preferred (CCNP, CCIE)
