Job Title: Communication SpecialistKey Responsibilities:Create and manage engaging community content to foster connection, share updates, and communicate key information to global audiences.Develop and execute strategic communication plans for internal and external stakeholders, including executive/leadership communications, crisis communications, and awareness campaigns.Write and maintain clear, accurate communications, including knowledge base articles, Wiki content, processes, best practices, and presentations.Manage internal site content, ensuring organizational accuracy, consistency, and brand alignment.Maintain a comprehensive library for document control, team collaboration, and socialization for the communications team.Provide business partners with valuable insights and recommendations to support training resource development and implementation.Translate complex processes and procedures into clear, understandable language, workflows, and step-by-step instructions.Participate in all phases of communications development, from planning through release, including writing, editing, and publishing.Cross-project coordination to maximize efforts and consolidate communications, reducing noise and improving clarity.Seek opportunities for process improvement while documenting content, collaborating with subject matter experts (SMEs) and managers.Collaborate with various teams and disciplines to develop effective communications that meet their intended purpose, within schedule and budget constraints.Tailor content to fit diverse audience needs, applying critical thinking to ensure communications meet standards and are contextually appropriate.Maintain working knowledge of industry-standard platforms and best practices.About This Role:This is an exciting opportunity to join our organization as a skilled communicator.
