Role Overview:
As a Tech Lead at ORAI Robotics, you will be instrumental in leading the development and implementation of our Conversational AI SaaS platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects, leveraging your expertise in ASP.NET, C#, and front-end technologies. Your skills in API development, Azure cloud services, and database integration will be critical in driving the technical direction and scalability of our platform.

Key Responsibilities:
Development & Implementation:
Lead the development process using ASP.NET, C#, and the MVC framework to build robust, scalable web applications/ APIs.
Oversee front-end development, ensuring seamless user experiences through the use of HTML, CSS, JavaScript
Manage the integration and optimization of databases, including writing and optimizing SQL queries.
Solutioning:
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions, with a focus on scalable and maintainable architecture.
Provide expert guidance on the integration of APIs and cloud services to enhance platform capabilities.
Customer Engagement:
Engage with customers to understand their technical requirements, provide insights, and ensure their needs are met through effective solutioning and project delivery.
Project Management:
Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation to ensure successful project execution.
Coordinate with development teams to track progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
Team Management:
Lead and mentor a team of developers, fostering a collaborative environment focused on continuous learning and improvement.
Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and support the professional growth of team members.

Qualifications:
Technical Expertise:
Proficient in ASP.NET, C#, and the MVC framework for building robust web applications.
Strong experience with front-end technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript
Experience with database integration and SQL query optimization.
Extensive experience in API development, hosting, and management.
Knowledge of Azure cloud services, including deployment, scaling, and management of web applications.
Understanding of RESTful services and web protocols.

Project & Team Management:
Proven experience in managing technical projects from inception to completion, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.
Strong team management skills, with the ability to lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing team.

Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience in engaging with customers to gather requirements and provide technical insights.

Preferred Experience:
5+ years of experience in software development, with a strong background in ASP.NET, C#, and front-end technologies.
2+ years of experience in a business analyst or similar leadership role.
Experience with conversational AI platforms and technologies.
Solid understanding of API development, cloud services (Azure), and solution architecture.
