Our integrated approach supports corporates, entrepreneurs, and investors by providing access to capital, advice, and administration services across our four divisions:
• Capital : patient and flexible private capital encompassing early-stage investing, private equity and SPACs. £300 million assets under management (“AuM”).
• Markets : fund management platform with £400 million AuM across Equities, Fixed Income, Multi Asset and Managed Futures strategies.
• Administration : full-service outsourced administration platform encompassing Fund Services, Corporate Services and Legal Advertising and Public Notice services. £3 billion assets under administration.
• Advisory : discrete and independent advice to corporates, families and institutions on large and small transactions ranging from £25 million to £1 billion in value.

Advisory
We provide discreet and independent advice to help our clients achieve their goals, leveraging our buyside experience to bring a deep understanding of the motivations of investors.

Profile: Process Specialist
Key Responsibilities:
• Accounts Payable
o Process vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
o Verify invoice details and reconcile discrepancies.
o Prepare and process payments to vendors and maintain vendor records and resolve payment issues.

• Accounts Receivable:
o Generate customer invoices and statements.
o Monitor and follow up on outstanding customer balances.
o Maintain customer records and address billing inquiries.

• General Ledger:
o Record financial transactions in the general ledger system and reconcile accounts and ensure accuracy of financial data.
o Assist in month-end and year-end closing procedures and prepare journal entries as needed.

• Financial Reporting:
o Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
o Compile and analyze financial data to identify trends and variances.
o Generate ad-hoc financial reports as requested.

• Process Improvement:
o Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies.
o Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow.

• Compliance and Audit:
o Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and procedures.
o Assist in internal and external audit processes.
o Provide necessary documentation and support during audits.

• Documentation and Record Keeping:
o Maintain accurate and organized financial records and documentation.
o Archive financial records in accordance with retention policies.

Skills and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field with 3-4 years of experience.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Prior experience in a finance or accounting role is preferred. Working Conditions:
• Typically works in an office environment.
• May require occasional overtime during month-end or year-end close.
• May involve handling sensitive financial information
