Job OpportunityWe are seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Data Integration Specialist.Key Responsibilities:Design and develop data transfer processes using SQL Server T-SQL, stored procedures, and SQL jobs for migrating large datasets from Oracle Fusion into Salesforce.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement efficient data mapping and transformation logic, aligning source system data structures with target system objects.Perform thorough analysis of source data models, customers, accounts, contacts, opportunities, transactions, etc., and map them accurately to Salesforce standard and custom objects.Develop and maintain robust data validation scripts and reports to ensure completeness and accuracy during data loading processes.Optimize SQL queries and jobs for performance and scalability on large data volumes in SQL Server.Work closely with onsite technical teams to understand object models, required fields, and data constraints, ensuring seamless integration.Troubleshoot and resolve complex data load issues, referential integrity problems, and performance bottlenecks during testing cycles and go-live phases.Prepare detailed technical documentation, including data mapping documents, conversion designs, runbooks, and data dictionaries.Provide support for dry runs, mock cycles, and final cutover during the implementation process, including extended hours overlap where necessary.Requirements:Advanced knowledge of SQL Server, T-SQL, and database design principles.Proficiency in data integration and ETL processes using tools like SQL Server Integration Services.Experience with Salesforce development, customization, and deployment.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a focus on quality.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.Benefits:A competitive salary and benefits package.Ongoing training and professional development opportunities.A dynamic and supportive work environment.How to Apply:Submit your resume and cover letter, highlighting relevant experience and skills.Include any relevant certifications or education.Available positions will be filled as qualified candidates are identified.
