Functional Analyst

Role OverviewWe have an exciting opportunity for a Functional Analyst to join our Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) migration team in a truly global environment. You will manage and support D365 applications and support business teams in D365 adoption, configuration and workflows, as well as product testing and validation. You will report to the Project Delivery Manager. Our Volcafe Way farmer support program engages with thousands of coffee farmers and provides a holistic response to the challenges they face.Key AccountabilitiesProvide post-implementation support to end users, both onsite and offshoreHandle incoming support issues via the ticketing system, ensuring timely resolution and escalating when necessaryParticipate in and manage customer support-focused projectsProactively address daily operational concernsDevelop further expertise in using D365, effectively educating D365 usersDevelop knowledge of commodity trading business processes, specifically coffeeTroubleshoot and resolve application-related issuesBuild and maintain positive, professional relationships with usersDocument user inquiries, reported problems, and provide feedback and resolutionsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to discuss user issues, share resolutions, and best practicesStay updated on relevant technologiesParticipate in functional testing and validation during D365 migration projectsContribute to special projects and testing systems as requiredSkills and ExperienceExperience implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) into Trade, Logistics and Production functions, with relevant certificationsStrong skills in other D365 functional areasUnderstanding of D365 technical components (SQL, AOS, SharePoint)Experience in multiple D365 ERP implementation and support projectsKnowledge of best practices, master data management, and security in D365Basic finance knowledge (GL, AR, AP)Graduate in a relevant disciplineFamiliarity with web, thin client, thick client, and cloud architectureExperience in physical commodities is a plusGood work ethics, customer service orientation, and problem-solving skillsAbility to prioritize tasks and provide clear guidance remotelyStrong verbal and written communication skillsPrevious software or application support experience is preferredWe recognize that talent comes in many forms, and we value potential just as much as experience.
