Lead in close coordination with Design Engineers for interpretation of Geotech investigations for design of foundations. Identify additional Geotech investigations if required and advice regarding change in Design where soil / strata is not found to be as per investigations on which the approved designs have been based.Profile/SkillsPost Graduate (ME/M. Tech) in Geotechnical Engineering from a recognized institution.Minimum experience of 10 years in relevant field out of which minimum 4 years experience in similar role in metro rail projects.Excellent written and oral English communication skills.Ability to work within a culturally diverse organization, recognizing and respecting differences.Ability to problem solve, especially in an integrated project delivery environment, applying industry best practices.Self-motivated individual with outstanding leadership skills and the ability to influence without authorityStrong leadership skills, proven ability to lead a team effort & make independent decisions and be a good troubleshooter.We commit to put people who join us at the heart of improving transportation and urban infrastructure efficiency.
