This is how we enable sustainable mobility and help to prevent accidents caused by human error.Position Overview:Assure to follow existing Aptiv standards in SW development process:Collecting and analyzing SW requirementsPreparing SW design documentationDesigning SW modulesPreparing and performing tests to verify SW work productsKeeping contacts with customers in area of software tasksCooperate with local and remote software teamsContinuous development of professional qualificationsAccomplish tasks in accordance with Aptiv quality standards and schedulesSupport innovation and organization programsCare for good company imageCare for confidential information and company's propertyTechnical Skills:Utilize expertise in embedded systems design and development to implement and maintain Board Support Packages (BSPs) for automotive electronic control units (ECUs)Customize and configure BSP components such as device drivers, bootloaders to meet specific project requirements and ECU specificationsImplement BSPs for Linus or QNX or FreeRTOS/SafeRTOS or VxWorks operating systems, ensuring seamless integration and compatibility with automotive software stacks and applicationsConfigure kernel parameters, device drivers, and system utilities to support ECU functionality and meet performance, reliability, and safety requirementsConfigure and integrate tools such as JIRA and Polarion to streamline development workflows and ensure software quality and reliabilityConduct BSP verification activities and adhere to Automotive SPICE (ASPICE) process requirements for software development and quality assurancePerform static analysis, unit testing, and integration testing of BSP components to verify compliance with functional safety standards and ECU specificationsRequirements and Experience:Required:B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech/MSc degree in Electronics or Computer Science or related8 to 14 years of experience in the technical skills mentionedPrior experience in designing and programming microcontrollers and processorsVery good knowledge of tools for programming microcontrollers and microprocessorsTeam orientedHonesty in relation with company, customers and co-workersPreferred:Good in leadershipAvailability as requiredWHY JOIN US?• You can grow at Aptiv.
