ServiceNow Administrator RoleWe are seeking a seasoned ServiceNow professional with 7+ years of experience to oversee the administration, configuration, and technical support of our platform.This role requires a strong technical foundation in automation, workflow design, and enterprise system support, with expertise in ITSM modules (ITOM/HRSD/SecOps) and hands-on skills with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for scripting and configurations.The ideal candidate will possess excellent problem-solving, analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical teams and non-technical users.Key ResponsibilitiesCMDB Administration: Responsible for maintaining CMDB data accuracy and CI relationship integrity.Domain Separation: Managing multi-tenant environments, domain-specific configurations, visibility rules, update set handling, and troubleshooting domain conflicts.Platform Administration & Configuration: Perform day-to-day administration, including managing the technical configuration of the platform, building forms, and creating reports and dashboards.User Management & Security: Manage user accounts, roles, and access control lists (ACLs) to ensure appropriate access levels and platform security.Maintenance & Upgrades: Monitor system performance, perform routine maintenance and error identification/remediation, and manage the planning and execution of platform upgrades and patches.Support & Troubleshooting: Serve as a primary support resource for end-users and support teams, investigating, diagnosing, and resolving technical issues related to the platform.Workflow & Automation: Gather requirements from stakeholders and implement minor enhancements, such as creating or modifying service catalog items and automated process flows/workflows.Documentation & Training: Create and maintain technical and user documentation for configurations, processes, and procedures, and assist with training end-users and other staff.RequirementsTechnical Skills: Strong proficiency in configuring ServiceNow modules (ITSM required; ITOM, HRSD, SecOps a plus).Configuration Management Database (CMDB): Hands-on experience with CMDB and Domain Separation.Problem-Solving & Analytical Skills: Excellent problem-solving, analytical, organizational, and communication skills.Scripting & Development Skills: Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for creating scripts, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts.BenefitsDedicated Learning & Development Budget: Opportunities for skill enhancement and career growth.Cutting-Edge Projects: Work on exciting projects using the latest technologies.Employee-Friendly Leave Policy: Enjoy ample leave options to maintain a healthy work-life balance.What We OfferRemote-First Culture: Flexible work arrangements and collaboration tools.Comprehensive Medical & Term Insurance: Full coverage for you and your family.Work-From-Workweek Allowance: Reimbursement for approved certifications and short courses.
