Job Title:Trade Payables SpecialistJob Description:As a Trade Payables Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in managing the financial aspects of trade payables, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all processes. Your expertise in accounts payable, vendor management, and data analysis will drive process improvements and automation initiatives.You will work closely with logistics and procurement teams to manage customs-related documentation and processes, maintaining organized financial records with high standards of data integrity and confidentiality. Additionally, you will assist in month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closure of the trial balance, ensuring accurate TDS deduction and deposit.Key Responsibilities:Manage vendor aging, vendor confirmations, vendor reconciliations, and relevant schedules.Prepare and maintain accurate MIS reports, dashboards, and financial summaries related to Accounts Payable.Drive AP automation and workflow improvements.Ensure compliance with Transfer Pricing provisions for intercompany transactions.Requirements:Strong knowledge of the Companies Act and applicable Ind AS standards is required. A qualified Chartered Accountant with 5–10 years of experience in the manufacturing industry; experience with Big 4 firms is an added advantage.
