Job Role: Dispatch CoordinatorJob Summary:The Dispatch Coordinator will oversee the timely and accurate dispatch of Finished Goods (FG) to various sales channels. This role involves maintaining a well-organized dispatch area, coordinating with logistics partners, and ensuring seamless operations.Key Responsibilities:Coordinate the on-time dispatch of FG orders for GT, MT & Institutional channels.Verify order accuracy – SKUs, quantities & labelling before dispatch.Maintain a clean and systematic dispatch zone.Prepare and handover dispatch documents (invoice, packing list, etc.).Collaborate with logistics partners to resolve dispatch/delay issues.Performance Indicators:100% dispatch within 24 hours of request.≤ 0.5% error rate in dispatched orders.100% fill rate (no partial dispatch unless approved).95%+ score in dispatch area housekeeping.Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor's degree / experience in supply chain, logistics, or warehouse operations.Familiarity with WMS / warehouse tools (preferred).Strong attention to detail & organizational skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Good communication and coordination skillsExperience: upto 4 years of experience
