Job Title: US Mortgage Loan Quality Specialist (Pre/Post-Close Audit)📍 Location: Bangalore🕒 Shift Flexibility: 24/7 availability including nights and weekendsPosition OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive US Mortgage Loan Quality Specialist to join our mortgage operations team in Bangalore. This role is essential in ensuring loan files meet all compliance and quality standards prior to closing. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of U.S. mortgage documentation, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.Key ResponsibilitiesPrioritize daily workflow to meet closing deadlines and manage pipeline effectivelyOrder and follow up on required verifications and documentation, ensuring compliance with timeframesReview income documentation including Paystubs, W2s, Bonus/Commission, Alimony/Child Support, and Rental IncomeCommunicate loan file status with internal and external stakeholdersEscalate potential fraud cases to Credit Manager or Risk ManagementDeliver decisions (approval, suspense, denial) within SLA timelinesMaintain high standards of customer service and professionalismWork independently while collaborating with supervisors to resolve complex issuesManage high loan volumes with strong time management and organizational skillsQualificationsMinimum 1 year of experience in U.S. Residential Mortgage, preferably in Pre/Post-close auditStrong knowledge of mortgage guidelines and documentation standardsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsDetail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to prioritize tasks and adapt to a dynamic work environmentProficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable working in a paperless environmentWillingness to work flexible hours, including night shifts and weekendsWhy Join Us?Be part of a growing team in a dynamic industryOpportunity to work with experienced professionals and expand your mortgage expertiseSupportive work culture with emphasis on quality and complianceThanks & RegardsMeenakshi Verma9596024539meenakshi.verma@mphasis.com
