Senior Team Operations Manager

Job Title:Operations ManagerJob DescriptionIn this role, you will lead a multi-client environment ensuring adherence to service level agreements and quality standards.You will track team performance metrics using data-driven insights to improve operational efficiency, enhance inspection quality, and reduce turnaround times.A key focus of the job is to manage multiple projects simultaneously consistently meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results within set timeframes.Effective communication with internal and external clients is crucial for smooth workflow and ensuring that all stakeholders are informed.Serve as the subject matter expert and act as the communication link between staff members and customers as needed.You will address and resolve inspection-related issues or escalations promptly.Cross-functional collaboration across locations is essential to resolve issues or challenges during the inspection process.Monitoring daily production reports ensures the team meets both production and quality targets.Analyzing datasets extracts meaningful insights and informs decisions.Performing staffing data analysis ensures adequate staffing levels to handle expected volumes.You will take on additional duties as required. Key Requirements:Bachelor's Degree preferredMinimum of 3 years of experience in team management within a related fieldStrong managerial organizational and leadership skillsExcellent analytical communication and interpersonal skillsProficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar softwareDetail-oriented with a focus on compliance with SOPsOpen to continuous learning and professional development
