Supply Chain StrategistAbout the Role:We are seeking a skilled Supply Chain Strategist to join our organization. As a key member of our Global Customer Delight process, you will be responsible for ensuring timely delivery to customers by planning and coordinating the supply chain.Key Responsibilities:Create and maintain production schedules based on demand forecasts and available resources, ensuring efficient production flow.Assess material requirements based on monthly rolling plans and ensure timely availability of raw materials.Develop an efficient distribution plan for inventory movement to warehouses and allocate inventory to customer orders.Achieve cost reduction through value engineering and cost benefits analysis in respect of materials, transportation, storage, and packing.Monitor consumption patterns of raw materials on a regular basis and take appropriate actions in raw material planning.Minimize stockouts and excess inventory by determining optimal inventory levels for raw materials, finished goods, and work-in-progress.Ensure that conversion teams adhere to inventory norms.Collaborate with sales, marketing, production, and procurement departments to ensure alignment and effective supply chain operations.Resolve customer service deficiencies through root cause analysis and problem-solving.Analyze and communicate key performance metrics of the team.Convert slow-moving inventory into values.Use statistical analysis on demand and supply numbers to create meaningful action plans.Digitize processes in various functions.Required Skills and Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or higher in Supply Chain Management or related field.Benefits:OTIF record >98%Inventory turns >21 (60% raw material imported with lead time of >2 months)Forecast accuracy >85%Other Requirements:InitiativeCommunicationCollaborationCustomer SatisfactionTechnical Competencies:Vendor managementMaterial Requirements Planning (MRP)Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) - SAP MMLogistics - Domestic and InternationalMaterial PlanningBasics of SourcingInternational Trade Documentation,
