Channel Sales Specialist

Location: Mumbai
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Sourcing Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing large launches, developing strong relationships with key stakeholders, and driving sales volume growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead sourcing strategies to achieve business objectives
- Manage and develop relationships with ICPs, RCPs, and retail partners
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
- Develop and execute launch formats to drive sales growth
- Lead and manage a team of 10+ Sourcing Relationship Managers
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sourcing decisions
Candidate Requirements:
- Any Graduate/MBA preferred
- Minimum 10-12 years of experience in sourcing, with a focus on real estate or related industry
- Proven track record of handling large launches and managing significant sales volume
- Experience working on multiple launches in Mumbai, particularly in western suburbs (Mira Road to Andheri)
- Strong network and relationships with ICPs, RCPs, and retail partners
- Excellent strategic thinking, leadership, and communication skills
- Dynamic and results-driven with a strong networking ability
