Job Title:​We are seeking a highly motivated and charismatic professional to lead our school's outreach initiatives, strengthen relationships with pre-schools, and support overall admissions growth.About the Role:The ideal candidate will be responsible for visiting pre-schools, day cares, and education centres to establish tie-ups and ongoing referral partnerships.Represent the school in meetings, presentations, and promotional discussions, showcasing exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.Bulletin Board Build strong relationships with preschool leadership, counsellors, and coordinators to facilitate seamless admissions processes.Dig out new channels and networks that can support admissions growth by leveraging existing contacts and resources.Mobilize leads through outreach and convert them into school enquiries.Support the admissions counsellor in follow-ups, conversions, and parent engagement to ensure timely resolution of student applications.Provide daily updates on leads, visits, and tie-up opportunities to the internal team.Assist during parent visits when required, ensuring an engaging experience for students and their families.Participate in executing on-ground marketing activities such as flyers, standees, and community outreach events.Represent the school at exhibitions and education fairs to increase visibility and credibility.Coordinate with the marketing team to produce effective outreach collateral, brochures, and presentations that effectively communicate our school's value proposition.Maintain a calendar of outreach visits and submit timely reports to track progress.Track tie-ups, lead generation, conversion statistics, and record feedback from stakeholders.Maintain an updated database of all preschools and outreach contacts for future reference.Support school-level events that involve parent engagement, fostering a sense of community among our stakeholders.Supply market insights and competitor information to the admissions team to inform strategic decision-making.Perform any related tasks assigned by the Directors, collaborating seamlessly with cross-functional teams.Requirements:Strong Communication and Interpersonal SkillsConfident in External Meetings and Public InteractionExcellent Presentation and Negotiation AbilitiesSelf-Driven with Ability to Plan Outreach and Achieve TargetsProfessional Grooming and BehaviourBasic Reporting and Documentation Skills
