We’re Hiring @ Adfactors PR Role : Investor Relations Professional Expereince :7–12 Years | Location : Mumbai Adfactors PR is looking for a seasoned Investor Relations (IR) professional with strong expertise in capital markets, financial communication, and public market readiness. This is an opportunity to work with India’s most respected communications firm and partner with marquee clients across sectors. What You Will Drive Manage end-to-end Investor Relations mandates for listed and pre-IPO companies Coordinate earnings calls, quarterly and annual results communication, and results season planning Support management teams in preparing investor presentations, Q&A documents, press releases, and regulatory disclosures Lead equity story development, messaging, and market positioning Handle roadshows, investor meetings, and sell-side/buy-side interactions Support IPO readiness, drafting of DRHP sections, and capital-market communications Track market sentiment, analyst coverage, and peer benchmarking for actionable insights What We’re Looking For 7–12 years of experience in Investor Relations, ideally from an IR agency, financial communications firm, Consulting or in-house IR role Strong understanding of capital markets, SEBI/stock-exchange requirements, corporate finance, and performance metrics Hands-on experience with results communication, earnings call preparation, and investor engagement Ability to manage CXO-level interactions with clarity, confidence, and strategic depth Strong storytelling ability that converts data and financial performance into compelling communication Experience working with companies during IPO, QIP, or major corporate actions is preferred Why Join Adfactors PR?
