Job DescriptionAs a Business Development Manager, you will drive growth by identifying new business opportunities and expanding market presence.Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy to drive revenue growth and expand market share in the IT and other industry staffing industry.Identify potential clients and market segments, conduct market research, and analyze industry trends to stay ahead of the competition.Collaborate with the executive team to define sales targets, objectives, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for the company.Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities by leveraging your industry knowledge, networks, and cold calling techniques.Build a robust pipeline of prospective clients through lead generation activities, including attending industry events and conferences.Conduct effective sales presentations and negotiations to secure new client accounts.Establish and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers within client organizations.Understand client requirements, staffing needs, and challenges to propose tailored staffing solutions.Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing ongoing support and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.Required Skills and Qualifications5 years of experience in business development and sales within the IT staffing industry.Track record of signing new clients and generating Sales and Business Revenue.In-depth knowledge of the IT and non-IT staffing market, including current trends and technologies.Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.Exceptional negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on building long-term relationships.Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently within a team.Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite.
