Job Title: Senior Backend DeveloperWe are seeking a highly skilled Senior Backend Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing, developing, and maintaining backend applications for customers worldwide.Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Python/MySQL hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS).Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions that meet the highest standards of quality and performance.Enhance, maintain, and troubleshoot existing software applications to ensure they operate efficiently and reliably.Write clean, highly scalable, and testable code following best practices and industry standards.Identify, analyze, and resolve programming bugs and performance bottlenecks in a timely manner.Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing across the team to foster a culture of collaboration and innovation.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).5+ years of experience in backend development, particularly with web and mobile applications.Strong expertise in Python and MySQL, with proven experience building scalable applications.Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services.Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), version control, and CI/CD practices.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.Ability to manage time effectively and deliver in a fast-paced, global environment.A proactive, can-do attitude and the ability to learn quickly.Strong teamwork and communication skills, with a collaborative mindset.Understanding of ML fundamentals, Building APIs/services to serve ML models.Our Technology Stack:Single-page web app running on both PC and mobile devices.Python/MySQL backend hosted on Amazon Web Services.Our customers and markets are worldwide in North America, South America, Asia, Europe, and Africa.
