Job Description:We are seeking a skilled developer to design, develop, and implement solutions on the IBM Sterling Order Management System (OMS) platform.The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions that ensure scalability, performance, and seamless integration with other enterprise systems.Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and implement solutions using IBM Sterling OMS.Work extensively on backend components, including order workflows, APIs, and integrations with external systems.Perform UI customization using Sterling Web UI Framework, JSP, JavaScript, and other relevant technologies.Collaborate with product owners, architects, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, ensuring system stability and optimal performance.Participate in code reviews, performance tuning, and deployment activities.Required Skills:Strong hands-on experience in IBM Sterling Order Management System (implementation, customization, and support).Proficiency in Core Java, J2EE, XML, XSLT, SQL, and REST/SOAP-based integrations.Experience in UI customization using Sterling Web UI, Dojo, JSP, or JavaScript frameworks.Good understanding of order lifecycle, fulfillment processes, and supply chain concepts.Familiarity with Microservices and integration platforms is a plus.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Nice to Have:Experience with Sterling Call Center or Store UI.Knowledge of cloud-based OMS deployments.Benefits:This position offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge technology and contribute to the development of innovative solutions.Others:Candidates should have a strong passion for software development and be eager to learn and grow in their career.
