Our goal is to bring compliance evidence, tasks and people together on a single platform so businesses can stay compliant with clarity and confidence.Job OverviewThe Compliance Analyst executes daily statutory and regulatory compliance work for allocated clients under the direction of senior professionals.Ensures day-to-day compliance tasks are completed end-to-end according to defined processes and checklists.Works closely with experienced Compliance Managers.No team management responsibilities are involved in this role.This position suits candidates with hands-on experience in GST, Income Tax, TDS, PF/ESI, ROC and related laws who want structured exposure in a dynamic environment.ResponsibilitiesExecute statutory compliances for MSME/startup clients covering GST, Income Tax, TDS, PF/ESI, ROC and other applicable laws.Prepare workings, data templates, reconciliations and schedules for various returns and filings.Draft and file GST returns, TDS returns, income-tax forms and other statutory forms within set timelines.Maintain compliance calendars, trackers and documentation on cloud systems.Coordinate with clients to obtain data, documents and clarifications required for filings and audits.Track due dates for each client and ensure internal actions are completed on time for filing.Record and organise working papers, workings and evidence for future reference and audits.Prepare concise compliance summaries and status updates for review by senior professionals.Provide feedback to the product team on workflows and dashboards while using our platform.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Commerce / Tax / Law / Accounting (e.g. B.Com, BBA, LLB or similar).Minimum 2 years of experience in compliance, taxation, accounting or related roles.Working knowledge of GST, Income Tax, TDS and ROC compliances.Proficiency in Excel and comfort with digital tools and cloud-based systems.Strong ownership of allocated tasks and high accuracy in working with detailed checklists.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with evolving processes.Nice to HaveExperience in handling multiple clients or drafting process documents.BenefitsStructured exposure across multiple compliance areas and industries.Opportunity to work closely with experienced professionals.Exposure to fintech / Reg-Tech environments.How to ApplyWe are glad to hear from interested candidates in regulatory compliance, risk management and process improvement.
