Job Title:Senior Governance Risk and Compliance SpecialistWe are seeking an experienced Senior Governance Risk and Compliance Specialist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for developing internal policies, procedures, and controls to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and industry best practices.This role requires the ability to maintain robust corporate governance structures, including defining roles, responsibilities, and reporting lines with regards to information security.The successful candidate will also be responsible for preparing and presenting regular reports on governance risk and compliance matters to senior management.In addition, this person will facilitate internal and external audits, ensuring timely provision of information and resolution of findings.This specialist will monitor key risk indicators (KRIs) and report on the effectiveness of risk management controls.About the Role:This is a critical position that requires strong leadership skills, analytical expertise, and excellent communication abilities.
