Headquartered in Jaipur, India's jewellery hub, Derewala has expanded its global footprint, serving esteemed clients in over 30 countries across 6 continents.Location- Sitapura, JaipurWorking Days- 6Salary budget- upto 45KKey Responsibilities:- Identify and develop reliable suppliers for materials and services.- Negotiate prices, payment terms, and contracts to ensure cost efficiency.- Develop and implement sourcing strategies for key categories.- Conduct market analysis and benchmark pricing to ensure competitiveness.- Coordinate with production, planning, and quality teams for material requirements.- Monitor supplier performance in terms of quality, cost, and delivery.- Drive cost-saving and vendor development initiatives.- Maintain procurement data, supplier records, and contracts in ERP.- Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement guidelines.Qualification:- Graduate in Engineering / Commerce / Supply Chain Management.- MBA / PGDM preferred.Experience:- 4–6 years in strategic sourcing / procurement, preferably in manufacturing.Skills Required:- Strong negotiation and communication skills.- Analytical and cost management ability.- Knowledge of ERP/SAP and Excel.- Vendor evaluation and relationship management.- Market research and sourcing strategy skills.
