Position OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing strategy and execution as we launch our product portfolio. This is a unique opportunity to shape the digital presence of an emerging beauty brand from inception, working with cutting-edge products in the rapidly growing hair and skin care market.

Key ResponsibilitiesDigital Strategy & Brand Building- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies for Hair Serum, Cream, and upcoming product launches
- Build and manage Ravalli + Co's digital brand presence across all online channels
- Create and implement go-to-market strategies for new product launches
- Establish brand positioning and messaging that resonates with target demographics
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms
- Drive customer acquisition through data-driven performance marketing strategies
- Implement conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies to maximize ROI
- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns and automation sequences
- Oversee content strategy across social media platforms, website, and digital campaigns
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling visual and video content
- Manage influencer partnerships and affiliate marketing programs
- Create educational content around hair care and skin care benefits
- Monitor, analyze, and report on digital marketing performance metrics
- Use data insights to optimize campaigns and improve customer acquisition costs
- Implement tracking and attribution systems across all digital touchpoints
- Conduct A/B testing to continuously improve campaign performance
- Optimize website user experience and conversion funnels
- Manage relationships with digital agencies, technology vendors, and platform partners
- Stay current with beauty industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging marketing technologies
- Develop customer retention and loyalty programs
- 5+ years of digital marketing experience in beauty, cosmetics, personal care, or related consumer goods industries
- Proven track record of launching and scaling beauty/wellness products in competitive markets
- Hands-on experience with direct-to-consumer (D2C) marketing strategies and e-commerce platforms
- Platform Expertise: Advanced proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and Pinterest
- Analytics Tools: Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics, conversion tracking, attribution modeling
- Marketing Technology: Email marketing platforms (Klaviyo, Mailchimp), CRM systems, marketing automation
- E-commerce Platforms: Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar platforms
- Design Tools: Basic proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent design software
- Beauty Industry Insight: Deep understanding of beauty consumer behavior, seasonal trends, and product lifecycle management
- Regulatory Awareness: Knowledge of beauty industry regulations, claims substantiation, and advertising compliance
- Influencer Marketing: Experience with beauty influencer partnerships, micro-influencer campaigns, and content creator collaborations
- Leadership Experience: Previous experience managing marketing teams or agencies
- International Markets: Experience with global or multi-regional beauty marketing campaigns
- Omnichannel Strategy: Experience integrating digital marketing with retail and offline channels
- Startup Environment: Previous experience in startup or high-growth company environments
- Performance Marketing: Advanced knowledge of attribution modeling, customer lifetime value optimization, and sophisticated funnel analysis
- Video Marketing: Experience with video content strategy, YouTube marketing, and emerging video platforms
- PR & Communications: Understanding of beauty PR, product launches, and crisis communications
- Data Science: Familiarity with advanced analytics, customer segmentation, and predictive modeling
