Role Description: We are seeking a talented Web Game Designer and Developer who is creative, dynamic, and passionate about game development and storytelling. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing game mechanics, developing narratives, and creating compelling gameplay that integrates elements of Indian mythology. Your work will directly contribute to the gaming experience by ensuring that each game element is both culturally authentic and engaging.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and prototype new game features, focusing on mechanics that incorporate mythological themes and characters.
  • Work closely with the team to ensure seamless integration of game concepts and narrative elements.
  • Conduct user testing to gather feedback and refine game features based on player interactions.
  • Collaborate with artists and developers to ensure that the visual and functional aspects of the game align with the overall design.
  • Stay updated on current trends in mobile gaming to ensure that our offerings remain competitive and appealing.

Qualifications:

  • Bring a positive, can-do attitude with the drive to make a meaningful impact.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Game Design or Development , Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Have an understanding of human Psychology and its use cases in designing Games
  • Strong understanding of game mechanics and experience with game design software.
  • Knowledge of Indian mythology is a major plus, as it will aid in the authenticity and depth of game content.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
