Digital Account Manager - SeniorWe are looking for an experienced and self-driven Senior Digital Account Manager to join our marketing team  As a Senior Account Manager at our company, your main duty will be to develop and manage digital marketing strategies with our clients, and help them achieve their digital marketing goals.Some of the goals include better online presence and impressions, better lead generation or more streamlined marketing and sales processes. Your role will be extremely important for customers' success, satisfaction and, ultimately, loyalty. Duties and Responsibilities:Build long-term relationships with clients Investigate and determine clients wants and needsPlan and implement digital strategies for clientsAlways work towards those goalsOptimize web content in order to improvePresent and train on social media strategies to clientsAnalyze effectiveness of digital campaigns Recommend, design and implement digital projects to increase their ROISet up a list of KPIs to track for each clientPrepare and present reports on their progressKeep abreast with new trends in digital technology Deliver and discuss reporting when part of the engagementProactively seek opportunities to improve client metricsAnalyze marketing programs regularly and prepare finding to client contactsAdvise best practice online marketing strategies to drive conversion ratesProject manage all responsible parties for on-time, on-budget deliverablesCommunicate client requirements to analysts, strategists, copywriters, developers and designersLead client strategy review sessions, internal and external startup meetingsOversee all the activities for a given account to ensure client expectations are metOversee client billing and forecastingReport and maintain P/L, client by clientRequirements:  More than 4 years of Work experience as a Digital Account ManagerIn-depth knowledge of online marketing tools and technologyExcellent understanding and knowledge of social media platformsExperience in customer service Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s successCritical thinker and problem-solving skillsTeam playerGood time-management skillsGreat interpersonal and communication skills
