Job Title: Senior Data AnalystWe are seeking a skilled data analyst to join our team. This role will involve working closely with finance and accounting stakeholders to deliver high-quality insights, robust reporting, and data models that support decision-making.Key Responsibilities:Partner with finance and accounting stakeholders to understand business questions, reporting needs, and analytical requirements.Design, build, and maintain SQL-based datasets, views, and queries to support recurring and ad hoc analysis.Develop, enhance, and maintain dashboards and reports in Tableau or Power BI, ensuring they are accurate, reliable, and user-friendly.Support month-end and quarter-end close processes with reconciliations, variance analyses, and operational reporting as needed.Collaborate with data engineering and analytics teams to improve data models, data quality, and documentation across finance/accounting domains.Required Skills and Qualifications:5+ years of professional experience in a data analyst, business intelligence, or analytics role.Strong hands-on expertise with SQL, including complex joins, CTEs, window functions, and performance tuning.Experience developing and maintaining dashboards and reports in Tableau or Power BI.Demonstrated experience working with finance or accounting data, including P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, GL, revenue, expenses, AR/AP, write-offs, and reconciliations.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure ambiguous problems and drive to actionable insights.Benefits:Competitive salary and benefits package.Opportunities for career growth and professional development.Collaborative and dynamic work environment.Others:Highly motivated and proactive individual who is passionate about data analysis and problem-solving.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex topics in simple terms.
