Hiring a Digital Transformation Lead requires an expert in Procurement Strategy to spearhead digital transformation, implement procurement platforms, and drive process optimization.Job DescriptionThe ideal candidate will lead digital transformation initiatives, develop and execute comprehensive Sourcing & Procurement strategies, and foster strong partnerships with stakeholders. Key responsibilities include leading the development and implementation of procurement platforms, process mapping, business requirement documents (BRDs), user acceptance testing (UAT), stakeholder management, applying artificial intelligence (AI) in procurement, analyzing processes, defining key performance indicators (KPIs), delivering actionable insights, ensuring governance, and client satisfaction.Requirements12 - 15 years of experience in Sourcing & Procurement with consulting/transformation expertiseHands-on experience with Ariba/Coupa implementation preferredStrong data analysis, Excel, and SAP ECC knowledgeFamiliarity with application programming interfaces (APIs), robotic process automation (RPA), and process mining (Celonis)Excellent communication and presentation skills
