About the Job:
We are looking for a dynamic and creative Social Media Specialist to join our team. You will be responsible for managing our social media presence to increase brand awareness, grow our audience, and drive engagement. This role involves everything from content creation and influencer partnerships to strategy development and daily social media management.

Based in: Gurugram
Job Type: Full Time, On-site

Key Responsibilities:
Ø Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).
Ø Manage daily social media operations, including content posting, audience engagement, and timely responses to DMs.
Ø Plan and execute creative ad campaigns aligned with product launches and promotions, driving engagement and meeting key performance metrics.
Ø Increase follower count and engagement organically, while maintaining active communication with the audience.
Ø Create high-quality, visually appealing content while maintaining a consistent aesthetic and tone across all platforms, adhering to brand guidelines.
Ø Monitor social media trends and tools, applying relevant insights to improve content reach and impact.
Ø Plan long-term content calendars aligned with business goals and marketing strategies.
Ø Collaborate with influencers to expand brand reach and manage relationships.
Ø Work closely with marketing, design, and content teams to ensure alignment of social media strategies with broader company goals.

Requirements:
Ø Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
Ø Proven experience of at least 1-3 years as a Social Media Manager & Strategist or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns and visually engaging content.
Ø Deep understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
Ø Excellent content creation and editing skills (photo, video, stories, reels).
Ø Experience in influencer outreach and relationship management, including identifying influencers, negotiating partnerships, and measuring campaign performance.
Ø Creative thinker with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ø Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to track and interpret social media metrics.
Ø Ability to work independently and in teams, managing multiple projects in a fast-paced work environment.
Ø  Bonus- Basic photography and videography skills.
