Operational Efficiency SpecialistThis role centres on optimising internal processes, developing structured Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and enhancing team productivity across all departments.Configure and manage Workspaces, Spaces, Folders, Lists, custom fields, views, dashboards, and permissions in ClickUp to streamline workflows.Manage user access, team structures, and role-based configurations to ensure seamless collaboration.Design, implement, and maintain automation rules using ClickUp Automations, Zapier, Make, or API integrations to automate repetitive tasks.Troubleshoot ClickUp-related issues and provide expert support to users across the organisation.Integrate ClickUp with external tools such as Slack, Google Workspace, GitHub, HubSpot, Jira, etc. to enhance functionality and data sharing.Create and maintain templates for tasks, docs, workflows, and project structures to promote consistency and best practices.Process EnhancementDevelop, document, and refine SOPs to standardise workflows and improve efficiency.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and refine process standards.Facilitate process review meetings, sprint ceremonies, and planning sessions to identify areas for improvement.Conduct regular process audits to identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to optimise workflows.Educate teams on ClickUp usage and best practices to ensure compliance and proficiency.Reporting & InsightsDesign and generate dashboards and reports to track KPIs, project progress, and team performance for leadership.Support teams by providing actionable insights for retrospectives, OKRs, reviews, and performance analysis.Maintain up-to-date documentation within ClickUp Docs to facilitate knowledge sharing and collaboration.
