Product Designer Job DescriptionWe are seeking a creative and talented Experience Designer to play a key role in designing intuitive, engaging digital products.The ideal candidate will have 2-5+ years of experience in UX/UI design, a passion for user-centered design principles, and a strong portfolio showcasing their design work.User Research: Conduct user interviews, surveys, and usability testing to understand target audiences, their behaviors, pain points, and needs.Design Development: Create low-fidelity wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes to visualize ideas and test design concepts using AI tools.User Interface Design: Develop intuitive and engaging user interfaces that align with user needs and business goals, ensuring consistency in design across the product.UI Elements Design: Design appealing and functional UI elements (e.g., buttons, icons, menus) with a strong sense of typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and other designers, to ensure design quality and consistency throughout the project lifecycle.Usability Testing: Plan and conduct usability tests, analyze feedback, and iterate designs to improve the user experience.Design Systems: Contribute to or maintain design systems, ensuring cohesive branding, UI consistency, and efficient scaling of design across multiple platforms.Responsiveness: Ensure designs are responsive and adaptable across different devices and screen sizes (mobile, tablet, desktop).The successful candidate will be passionate about staying up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in UX/UI design.Requirements:Experience in UX/UI design with a strong portfolioPossession of user-centered design principlesStrong understanding of design systems and brand guidelinesExcellent communication and collaboration skillsAbility to adapt to changing project requirements
