Job OverviewJob Title: Digital Content CreatorExperience: 2–4 years in Videography/Digital Content CreationLocation: Visakhapatnam, AP, IndiaIndustry: Construction / Real EstateAbout the RoleWe are looking for a creative and technically skilled Digital Content Creator to elevate our brand presence and support the digital marketing team. This role will be essential in conceptualizing, shooting, and editing compelling video and photo content that showcases our projects, highlights our quality infrastructure , and communicates our uncompromising transparency. The ideal candidate will translate the physical development of our smart & scalable projects into engaging digital narratives for all platforms, making real estate investment simple, safe, and rewarding.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content (e.g., project walkthroughs, customer testimonials, site visit promotions, corporate messages) for social media, website, and digital advertising.Capture professional-grade photography of land sites, development progress, infrastructure , and key company events.Develop storyboards and scripts that align with the brand’s message of legal security and sustainable value creation.Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and maintains a high standard of consistency, working closely with the Marketing Specialist.Collaborate with the digital marketing team to create content optimized for specific campaigns (SEO, social media, Google/Meta Ads).Stay updated on content trends, platform requirements (Reels, Shorts, YouTube), and best practices for increasing digital engagement and lead generation.Manage the company's media asset library, ensuring all footage and photos are organized and easily accessible.Travel to project sites to capture live development progress and project handover moments.Develop content that clearly communicates our unique selling propositions, such as zero hidden costs and end-to-end transparency.Create informative content that simplifies the real estate investment process and highlights the hassle-free ownership of our legally secure projects.Key Skills and QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Film, Media, Communications, or a related creative field preferred.2-4 years of hands-on experience in shooting and professional editing of digital content (video and photo).Proficiency with video editing and photo editing softwares.Experience operating professional camera equipment, including drones (preferred), for real estate/construction videography.Strong portfolio showcasing dynamic, short-form video content suitable for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and deliver content on tight deadlines.
