You will also liaise with clients to optimize service quality and customer satisfaction.Responsibilities:Provide technical support for Commercial Insurance and Personal Insurance coverage placement and servicing.Liaise with clients to optimize service quality and customer satisfaction.Disseminate client needs related to Commercial Lines Insurance.Facilitate requests and needs of Carriers on behalf of clients.Requirements:Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.Proficient in desktop tools like MS Office Programs (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, SharePoint).Preferred Qualifications:1-3 years of account management experience in a commercial brokerage environment.Previous job duties may include claim data analytics, preparing client documents, checking documents for accuracy, application, and proposal generation.A history of working in a team environment.Previous exposure to property and casualty terms and/or concepts.Ability to read and interpret contractual language and/or financial statements.Desirable Skills:Math skills, organization, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.Proactive approach to multitasking and prioritization.Effective time management and meeting deadlines.Ability to break down problems and analyze possible solutions.Professionalism, composed when faced with challenges.Strong research and presentation skills.Goal-driven, self-motivated, comfortable with individual accountability.Demonstrated ability to develop genuine relationships with team members.Exceptional customer care delivery.
