The Administrative Specialist will manage daily administrative tasks, provide customer service support, assist with financial documentation, and ensure effective communication across teams.Key ResponsibilitiesProcess transactions: Execute purchases, switches, and SIP/STP setups across all AMCsKnow all SPOCs (Single Point of Contact) for major AMCs (HDFC, ICICI Pru, SBI, Kotak, Axis, etc.) – build relationships for quick resolutionsSend payment links to customers for investments (via Groww/Zerodha/AMC portals)Have full knowledge of all portals: CAMS, KFintech, MF Utilities, etc.Qualifications1–3 years of experience in admin/operations (prior experience in Mutual fund/broking will be a big plus)Good communication skills (English + Hindi) – polite, clear, and quick on phone/emailDetail-oriented, organised, and comfortable with Excel/CRM toolsLives in/near Noida West – reliable and punctual
