Role: Global Vendor Management Lead

Location: Ahmedabad (Work from Office) Hybrid – after 3-4 months of employment

CTC: 35 – 55 LPA (including 25% variable)

Experience: 14 – 18 Years


Are you a seasoned professional in vendor management and contract oversight with a passion for building strong partnerships? My client is looking for an experienced Global Vendor Management Lead to join their team, working closely with their Global Sourcing Senior Manager. If you're ready to leverage your expertise in BPO vendor management on a global scale, this is the role for you


Responsibilities:


Contract Compliance Management: Review and manage Statements of Work (SOWs), Work Orders (WOs), and other contracts, ensuring adherence to deliverables and obligations. Performance Management: Evaluate vendor performance using SLAs and KPIs, producing monthly performance reports and coordinating quarterly business reviews.

Relationship Management & Risk Monitoring: Oversee internal audits, manage risk mitigation plans, and establish contingency measures.

Additional Contributions: Develop and maintain vendor management policies, conduct market research, and build strong cross-functional relationships with stakeholders.


What We’re Looking For:


  • Experience: 12+ years in vendor management, contract management, or a related field.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to communicate effectively with global stakeholders, including senior leadership.
  • Industry Knowledge: Proven experience in BPO and real estate, with a strong understanding of contract management practices.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Law, or related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).


Preferred Qualifications:


Certifications: CCM, CFCM, or similar.
