Role: Leader, IT – Cloud Operations / FinOps

Location: Work from Office, Hybrid from Oct '24

Experience: 10+ in Operations, 5+ in Cloud Tech / FinOps, 2+ in Leadership

Salary: up to 80 LPA including 30% Variable

Are you passionate about Cloud Operations and FinOps? My Client based in Ahmedabad is looking for an experienced professional to join their global team and lead their Cloud Operations and FinOps practice. If you have a proven track record in driving technical excellence and cost optimization in cloud environments, this is your opportunity to make a meaningful impact.

What You’ll Do:

Manage and support global Cloud services (primarily Microsoft Azure) to ensure availability and efficiency.

Oversee deployments, monitoring, maintenance, upgrades, and compliance.

Build and lead the FinOps practice, including budgeting, forecasting, and chargebacks.

Collaborate across IT teams to deliver enterprise-level cloud solutions.

Drive continuous improvement, cost effectiveness, and adherence to SLAs.

What You’ll Bring:

✔ Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or a related field.

✔ 10+ years of operational experience, with 5+ years in Cloud and FinOps.

✔ Hands-on experience implementing FinOps tools and practices.

✔ Expertise in cloud-based solutions and managing outsourced service models.

✔ Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
