Roles & Responsibilities:

As a Tele Caller & Business Development Executive, you will play a vital role in growing our gaming platform and IT service offerings. Your responsibilities will include:

Tele Caller:
  • Initiate outbound calls to potential clients, partners, and leads to generate business opportunities.
  • Effectively communicate Celestial IT Verse Solutions’ offerings, focusing on our mobile gaming platform and IT services.
  • Handle inbound inquiries, providing information and resolving queries related to our products and services.
  • Build rapport with clients and establish long-term relationships.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions, sales, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging and lead nurturing.
Business Development Executive:
  • Develop and execute business strategies to expand the reach of AAG APP and our IT services in the Indian market.
  • Identify and approach potential clients, building a pipeline of opportunities for gaming and IT services.
  • Negotiate and close deals with new clients, ensuring win-win outcomes for both parties.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify new business avenues.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to implement campaigns and promotional activities to boost brand visibility.
  • Provide feedback and market insights to the product development team to help shape the future of AAG APP.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in telecalling, sales, or business development.
  • Passionate about gaming and a keen interest in the mobile gaming industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and lead management systems.
  • Creative mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving and business growth.
