Senior Transfer Pricing SpecialistWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Associate to join our Transfer Pricing (TP) team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in TP advisory and compliance, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality services to multinational clients.Key Responsibilities:Assist in preparing Transfer Pricing documentation, local files, and master files in line with OECD and UAE TP regulationsConduct functional, industry, and economic analyses to support arm's length pricingPerform benchmarking studies using TP databases and toolsSupport the preparation and review of intercompany agreements and pricing policiesCollaborate with Managers and Directors to develop TP planning strategies and documentationParticipate in client meetings and assist with responding to queries from tax authoritiesAssist in drafting proposals for potential clientsConfident to proactively run projects independently with review and inputs from seniors in the teamCollaborate with Corporate Tax Team for interdependencies of Transfer Pricing provisions in UAE Corporate Tax LawContribute to business development initiatives, proposals, and knowledge-building effortsStay updated with evolving international tax/TP regulations and UAE-specific compliance requirementsWork closely with cross-functional teams across Tax, Legal, and Advisory practicesRequired Skills and Qualifications:2–4 years of experience in Transfer Pricing or international tax (experience in the UAE or MENA region preferred)Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related fieldProfessional certifications such as CA, CPA, ACCA, ADIT, or similar are an advantageStrong analytical skills with a detail-oriented mindsetProficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; experience with TP databases (e.g., TP Catalyst, RoyaltyStat, or similar) is preferredExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work both independently and collaboratively in a multicultural environmentAbout Us:We are a leading provider of tax and legal advisory services in the UAE.
