Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Webflow Developer, based in Sydney, NSW. The Webflow Developer will design, develop, and maintain websites using the Webflow platform, ensuring responsive, user-friendly, and visually appealing designs. Responsibilities include collaborating with designers and stakeholders, implementing back-end functionality, optimizing website performance, and maintaining best practices for coding and usability. While the role primarily operates from the Sydney office, remote work is acceptable on a flexible basis. Qualifications Strong understanding of Web Development, including Back-End Web Development and basic Software Development principlesProficiency in Computer Science fundamentals and Programming conceptsExperience with Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) methodologies and writing clean, modular codeKnowledge of the Webflow platform and expertise in designing responsive, user-centric websitesExcellent problem-solving skills and attention to detailBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferredAbility to work independently as well as collaboratively in a hybrid work environmentPrevious experience in a technology or agency-related setting is advantageous
