We’re looking for a Webflow Developer who can help us launch distinct looking, high-converting & well-crafted websites for clients and internal projects. If you love clean builds, sleek animations, and making Figma come to life in Webflow, you’ll feel right at home. About the Role This isn’t just a dev shop role. You’ll collaborate directly with founders and marketing teams to build pixel-perfect Webflow sites. From animated landing pages to scalable CMS builds, you’ll own the Webflow workflow end-to-end. Think of it as part developer, part designer, part problem solver. This is a role for someone who thrives on autonomy, detail, and fast iterations. What You’ll Do Create Figma designs and translate into beautiful, responsive Webflow websites Build CMS-powered content structures (blogs, directories, resources, etc.) Implement custom interactions, transitions, and animations Optimize for performance, page speed, and SEO Manage and maintain Webflow sites across clients and internal use Embed custom code (HTML/CSS/JS) where needed Collaborate with content and SEO teams to bring ideas to life QA your own work — pixel pushing is a feature, not a bug What We’re Looking For 2–5 years of hands-on Webflow experience Strong portfolio of live Webflow projects Strong design portfolio (Figma, Behance, etc.) Solid eye for layout, spacing, typography, and responsive design Experience working with Figma files and design handoffs Comfort with Webflow CMS and visual interaction design Some knowledge of SEO and performance optimization Bonus: experience with Webflow Logic or code embeds (HTML/CSS/JS) Bonus Points If You Have worked in a fast-paced agency or startup environment Understand how design systems and component libraries work Know how to export clean assets from Figma Enjoy working async and independently Have opinions on animation timing and easing functions
