Drive Campaign Excellence as an Operational Manager

Operational ManagerThe Operational Manager will oversee the end-to-end onsite campaign execution across PAN India, lead a team of professionals, maintain strong vendor relationships, and drive customer satisfaction while meeting performance standards.Performance Metrics:Achieve 60%+ monthly utilization across all campaigns.Execute 350–500 campaigns successfully per month.Maintain a minimum 50% Net Promoter Score (NPS), with a target to reach 75% NPS.Deliver on-time service with an SLA adherence rate above 95%.Reduce escalations month-over-month.Ensure cost efficiency through effective price negotiation.Key Responsibilities:Lead and monitor the onsite team to ensure timely and error-free campaign execution.Successfully execute multiple campaigns across PAN India.Achieve monthly utilization targets and manage 350–500 campaigns.Nurture and maintain strong relationships with partners and vendors for seamless execution.Oversee vendor management, including pricing and performance evaluation.Promote customer experience standards and drive NPS enhancements.Manage escalations and provide performance analysis and reports to senior management.Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (MBA preferred).3–6 years of experience in operations, field execution, or vendor management.Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.Ability to manage high-volume operations and tight deadlines.Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and data analysis.
