Job Title: Senior Operations ManagerLocation: RemoteJob Type: Full-TimeWorking Hours: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM IST (with flexible shifts)Working Days: Monday to SaturdayExperience Required: Minimum 5 Years (prior experience in hospitality a plus)Key Responsibilities:Oversee daily hotel operations and provide strategic support to the General Manager.Assign duties to department heads, monitor performance, and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.Represent the hotel's public image, promoting the property within the hospitality industry, local community, and trade associations.Manage guest feedback across various platforms, implementing effective service recovery strategies.Maintain accurate records, including cash flow sheets, guest floor limits, AR aging reports, direct billing, etc.Build strong relationships with staff, department heads, and other departments to enhance overall efficiency and execution of events.Conduct regular audits on inventory levels to ensure all necessary hotel supplies are stocked.Communicate effectively regarding hotel policies and procedures.Be available 24/7 to respond to guest or staff emergencies.Collaborate with the sales team for corporate client handling and new client acquisition as needed.Requirements:Minimum 5 years of experience in a managerial role within hotel operations.Proven leadership, organizational, and communication skills.Ability to work night shifts, Monday through Saturday (flexible schedule).Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.We Offer:A competitive salary packageA collaborative remote work environmentThe opportunity to work with a dedicated professional teamAbout This Role: As an experienced Senior Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining high service standards, enhancing guest satisfaction, and driving operational success while aligning with our company's goals.
