Key Role: Business Intelligence VisionaryThe Business Intelligence Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the business intelligence strategy, leveraging data to drive informed decision-making, and ensuring data integrity and accuracy.Lead the development and execution of the organization's business intelligence strategy, aligning it with business goals and objectives.Oversee data analysis activities, including data mining, trend analysis, and predictive modeling, to extract actionable insights and support decision-making.Create and manage comprehensive reports, dashboards, and data visualizations that provide stakeholders with timely, relevant, and accurate information.Establish and maintain data governance policies, procedures, and standards to ensure data quality, consistency, and compliance with regulatory requirements.Manage a team of business intelligence professionals, providing guidance, mentoring, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.Supervisory ResponsibilitiesResponsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of a small staff of supervisory and non-supervisory personnel. Carries out leadership responsibilities in accordance with company policies, procedures, safety, and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.Education & QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.10-15 years' experience in MIS with data leadership driving business value through data analytics in Fintech Industry.Proficiency in business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Amazon Quicksight, Power BI, or similar platforms, with the ability to design and implement complex data visualizations.Strong data analysis skills, including data mining, SQL, and data modeling. Experience with ETL processes is a plus.Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, present findings to executives, and drive a data-driven culture within the organization.
