Our team is dedicated towards leveraging the technology to solve all the challenges and problems you could think of during a typical placement season.
simplifying the graduate recruitment market in India by connecting students and employers via on-campus placement cells. At present, we work with 400+ colleges and 1800+ recruiters in India and are growing fast. Companies like Capgemini, Cognizant, Hexaware, HDFC Bank, RPG Group and 100’s more use Superset to automate their campus hiring process.
Roles and Responsibilities | What will you do?
- Owning and taking care of HR Operations related to offers, contracts, onboardings and exits,
- Coordinate with the founders in designing and implementing company policies, and setting up various HR processes,
- Managing internal HRMS and databases, payroll related activities, and work on company-wide audit related activities for any statutory compliances,
- Collaborate with the founders and the key stakeholders in defining and building Superset culture, and actively taking care of people processes,
- Address people related grievances and do continuous mental health checks through one on one chats/conversations with the team.

- You have an overall understanding and knowledge of the Human Resources function,
